Norma was one of the four founding members of the Mason Deerfield Rotary Club. As a Charter Member, Norma was instrumental in helping the club adopt by-laws and determine the mission of the club as it followed the guidelines and Object of Rotary. Norma was her club’s second President and has remained an active member of her club, serving as Director of Operations for the club annual golf outing for the past 6 years and Chair of the annual Craft Show for the past 3 years. Until this year, she served the club as International Chair.

Norma is also active on the District level. Past positions include a year as a Governor’s Rep and four years as an Assistant Governor. She has served as the District Trainer for the past four years and a facilitator at the Ohio all district PETS for over 10 years. She was selected two years ago to become a co-trainer of the PETS facilitators who will conduct the break out sessions during PETS.

Norma is a Treasury Management Sales Officer for National City Bank, focusing on Public Sector, not for profit entities and clients and prospects involved in the healthcare and retirement industries. She has been with the Bank for twenty six years.

Norma has also been a speaker for the State of Ohio Treasurer’s Women and Money program for the past ten years. She speaks to the seminar attendees, who are primarily female, on credit and debt management issues, budgeting and identity theft.

Norma and her husband, Dennis, have been married for thirty nine years, have two grown children and two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys reading and walking and is an avid beader, specializing in jewelry designs.
